We offer you well-being services, treatments and workshops with qualified trainers and practitioners in partnership with:
- Stéphanie BERBILLE, LHUMEN, the sense of movement using the Feldenkrais method
- Ludivine NEIRINCKX, founder of the Mimizan Well-being Center, as well as her entire team
- Cécile LIMA, visual artist, visual arts workshop facilitator and art therapist.

Based on the exploration and listening to the body, the Feldenkraïs® Method constitutes an innovative approach whose practice improves our comfort of life and guides us towards better gestural organization.In group lessons, or in tailor-made individual lessons, Stéphanie guides you, with authenticity and kindness, in the exploration of movement to learn to move better. A reconnection to lived experience, a path towards another self-image, greater freedom of action, in slowness, gentleness, non-judgment.
Group lessons: Mondays at the Jardins de Mimizan studio, at 6:30 p.m. 15 €/person
